Victor
Antonio G. was CEO of a privately held multimillion Satellite and
Cable Company. Prior to running this company, Victor was
President of Global Sales and Marketing for New World Network and was
responsible for growing their revenues for the $420M company. He was tasked
with building a global sales force, establishing contract agreements, developing
financial pricing models and developing the corporate brand and marketing the
company’s services.
Prior to joining New World
Network, He was Vice President of International Sales for ADC, a Fortune 500 $3B
corporation at the time. Within a two and half year time period he grew their
business from $14M to $98M in annual revenue. During that time period his sales
totals were $162M. He was selected from over 500 sales managers to join the
President’s Advisory Council in 1999 and 2000 for excellence in sales and
management.
He has conducted business in
Europe, Asia, Latin America, The Caribbean, South Africa and The Middle East.
Before becoming Vice President, he
was Product Manager of the Network Management Group in charge of development for
both hardware and software. During that time he manage his own Profit and Loss
(P&L) and had a 90% success rate with on-time product delivery and 100% success
rate controlling cost overruns.
Victor’s
philosophy is one of continual improvement. He joined Toastmasters, a speaking
organization and won numerous
speaking awards. His ability to
communicate and present complex concepts continues to be the cornerstone of his
success.
Victor has a Bachelor of Science
in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the Illinois Institute of
Technology in Chicago and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
from Cardinal Stritch University in Wisconsin.
As an engineer with the E.F.
Johnson Company in Minnesota, he was responsible for more than 60% of all
successful Request For Proposals submitted by the company for bidding. His
attention to detail, consideration for costs and design gain him favor with the
management team and his customers.
As a software developer at
Honeywell’s Marine Systems Division, Victor had the opportunity to develop
artificial intelligent software for the MK50 torpedo system similar to the one
seen in the movie, “The Hunt for Red October”.
Victor is a sought after professional speaker helping
people align their strengths and their passion in order to produce personal and
financial success. He has written two books: “The Corporate Inferno”
which is a philosophical treatise on ethics in business and, “The Logic of
Success” which is about the ‘logic’ of why some people fail while others
succeed.
