Victor
Gonzalez’s programs

M.B.A. and has given presentations throughout the United States, Latin America,
South Africa, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Keynote Outline
L -
Listening to what it is you want to do. Here I incorporate a torpedo analogy
that seems to resonate with almost everyone in the audience. I talk about how
you should stop listening to others to determine your future and mindset.
O -
Overcoming the fear of failure by understanding the basic principles of success
and the law of averages. Here I use a few funny stories to get the crowd into
things and make them think about ‘effort and attitude’.
G -
Goals, I explain why 'goals are nasty'...see video online. I also talk about
how we rationalize away our success every day, bit by bit.
I -
Initiate action. I use a 'hound dog' story with a participant from the crowd.
This again is a show and tell part of the speech where I also bring in things
like accountability. Pretty funny stuff.
C -
Communication. I talk about the power of communicating and how it will
determine how successful one can be. But I also talk about the internal
communication going on in your head. I make audience members aware of their own
negative program. This also has a great personal story that addresses personal
SALE’S
STYLE.
I wrap
up with, The Logic of Success Pledge of Allegiance. A definite hit to end the
keynote! I
keep it light, funny and fast paced as to keep the audience's attention. But
more importantly I sneak in powerful messages without beating the
audience over the head with the same old bromides on selling success.
